* Once full payment has been made your booking will be confirmed.
* You have 5 days to make payment from the day we notify you that your chosen event date and time is available.
* If you the customer decide to cancel the event we will refund your payment less the amount paid by First Goal Events to secure the venue.
* In the unfortunate circumstance that First Goal Events cancels your event, First Goal Events will refund the full amount paid for your event within 3-5 working days.
