First Goal Fitness programme for parents.
First goal fitness is a six week fitness programme that is designed for everyone and anyone no matter your previous experience.

How it works
- Each session runs for an hour including warm and cool down.
- During each session we will use a variety of different equipment, from dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls and also using bodyweight exercises.
- Each session is tailored to everyone and each exercise can be made harder or easier depending on your fitness level.
- The benefits of this programme will be improving fitness, mental wellbeing and nutritional guidance with the chance to ask any questions to a qualified Personal trainer.
