FAQ
Most frequent questions and answers
You can access the venue up to 30 mins before the party starts for Highlands School and Ashmole Academy. The venue can be accessed without First Goal Events staff. You will also have time to setup the canteen area while kids are busy being entertained by the coaches.
When guests arrive, they’ll be greeted by a member of staff who will give them directions. Our party activities are located in the schools sports hall or outdoors Astro on request. After the activities, our events staff will walk the guests up to the canteen area for food and awards.
If you are ordering pizzas or other fast food for the party we recommend ordering the food to arrive 10 mins before the children are due to arrive in the canteen area.
Parents/Carers are responsible for clearing up the canteen after the party. You will be directed to the area to place the rubbish. There will be bins available to use in the canteen area, however you can bring a roll of black bags with you just in case there aren’t any available on the day. You will have a maximum of 30 mins to vacate the venue once the party has ended.
Yes please. The canteen area has tables and chairs so you will need to bring everything to turn that space into a party. Please note the canteen area does not have tea/coffee making facilities, however you can bring your own kettle.
